  • Work with your serving telephone company or other service provider to ensure that accurate ANI and ALI are transmitted to the 9-1-1 center, and that the phone can be called back.
  • Program 9-1-1 as the number to be dialed (auto-dialing telephones)
  • Avoid the use of recorded messages that attempt to advise communicators of the emergency location
  • Contact the PSC Database Coordinator to arrange necessary testing
